Megan Beukelman, a Director in Treliant’s Capital Markets Solutions practice, is a management consulting professional with global experience leading transformation, regulatory reform, cost-out and operating model redesign programs.

At Treliant, Megan has partnered with a Global Tier 1 Investment Bank to transform their Global Markets business, leading multiple regulatory reform initiatives. This includes mandatory client communications programs, delivery of employee and client change strategies, implementation of conduct risk frameworks, and global regulator engagement.

Prior to joining Treliant, Megan held senior in-house and consulting roles across the financial services, telecommunications and media, and utilities sectors in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Megan was previously Senior Manager, Global Organization Effectiveness and Change, at Liberty Global, a trans-Atlantic private equity company in the media sector; Divisional Change Manager, Strategy and Transformation, at Toll Group, a global supply chain and logistics company; and Management Consultant at PwC.

Megan has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with honors in Psychology from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
