Colin Reid is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Treliant, where he is responsible for shaping and executing key initiatives for the firm. Previously, Colin was the Chief Technology Officer for Vox Financial Partners responsible for building a software product to automate the production of complex documents.

Previously, Colin was the Chief Operating Officer for Redkite, a fast-growing Salesforce consulting firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of HR, finance, legal, and information risk. He built the firm’s multi-year strategic plan and subsequently managed the acquisition and integration process when Redkite was acquired.

Colin also spent 17 years at JPMorgan running global technology teams to build and operate systems for trading and managing risk. His teams worked on major initiatives across all asset classes including algorithmic trading, cash equities re-engineering, client connectivity, market access, swaps e-trading, and derivatives risk system migrations. He worked in London, New York, and Hong Kong; his final role at JPMorgan was leading Equity Derivatives IT for Asia-Pacific, where he was the technology point of contact for executive stakeholders in the region including business heads, quants, risk managers, industry regulators, compliance, audit, and HR.

Colin has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of Hong Kong.
