Christopher Riti, a Client Relationship Executive with Treliant, has more than a decade of experience working with a range of financial services institutions on regulatory, transformation, and risk management matters, with a focus on financial crimes, OFAC sanctions, and consumer compliance. He leverages a deep working knowledge of the regulatory compliance environment, operational best practices, and emerging market trends – as well as Treliant’s exceptional team of experts – to exceed clients’ evolving expectations of an essential partner.

Chris has an extensive history in consultative support, regularly assisting clients through regulatory enforcement actions, forensic file reviews, transactional lookbacks, customer remediations, and other critical efforts. Prior to joining Treliant, Chris was a Senior Principal with Promontory focusing on transformational managed solutions. He has worked in a variety of different capacities, including in project management roles, strategic business development, climate risk analysis, and as a trusted advisor consistently providing practical advice on how to achieve meaningful program transformation.

Prior to his consulting roles, Christopher focused on clean energy implementation, innovation, and sustainability, including energy and environmental legal and policy analysis, energy regulatory compliance and systems transformation. He previously served as a Climate and Energy Advisor to the Ambassador of Grenada at the United Nations and as an independent energy consultant to a multinational solar energy developer.

He earned a J.D. and a Master of Laws (Climate Change & Sustainable Development) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (formerly Pace Law School); an M.A. in American History from Fordham University; and a B.A. in Italian Renaissance Literature from Yale University.
