Belfast, 12 April 2021 – Vox Financial Partners (Vox), a global consulting firm that supports financial institutions in the planning, resourcing, and delivery of complex regulatory and business change, has appointed Paul Walsh to head up its Digital Transformation practice and be the new European Consulting lead.

Paul is a highly effective change leader with a more than 25-year track record of successfully delivering significant transformation programmes across business and technology in complex global banking environments. He has delivered a wide range of initiatives, including bank integration programmes, global resource/process migration, material cost optimisation initiatives, and large-scale regulatory change.

Paul has excellent business and technical expertise, having most recently founded Zenaxys, a company that helps banking clients define and execute digital transformation strategies. Before that, he held various senior executive positions at Commerzbank AG, including Head of Transformation and Strategic Architecture, Head of Trading Technologies and historically worked for Capco, a Financial Services consultancy.

“As we continue to rapidly scale our business globally, we are delighted to be able to attract experienced executives of Paul’s caliber,” said Terry Robinson, CEO of Vox. “Paul thoroughly understands the broader organisational aspects of digital transformation, having led COO functions before moving into consulting. This experience, together with his deep technological capability, is a perfect fit for Vox and will greatly benefit our client base.”

“Vox has built an impressive and compelling practice over the past few years,” Paul said. “The recent acquisition of Delv Global adds a further dimension to their ability to advise banking clients on business and regulatory change. I am excited to add my knowledge and experience to their offering and to be a part of their next phase of growth.”
