In celebration of Belfast Pride, Terry Robinson, our founder and CEO discusses what it’s been like working in the financial services industry around the world as an openly-gay executive in this audio interview.

He explores the differences in his experiences from his time in Belfast to Sweden to London to Frankfurt to New York City. He shares lessons learned from growing up in Belfast as a gay man during The Troubles in the 1970s and 1980s to being in a same-sex marriage and raising children.

Terry reflects on the founding of Vox FP and the work we are doing to build a diverse and inclusive culture. And despite recently receiving the Diversity Charter Mark award, he explains why he believes there is still work to be done.

Interview by Laura Kehoe, regulatory consultant at Vox FP.
