Paul Walsh

Paul Walsh is a Strategic Advisor at Treliant. He is an accomplished change leader, with more than 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs across business and technology in complex global banking environments. He has delivered a wide range of initiatives involving bank integrations, global resource/process migrations, material cost optimization, global platform implementations, and large-scale regulatory change.

Alongside his deep technology expertise, Paul brings a thorough understanding of the broader organizational aspects of digital transformation, having held COO roles prior to moving into consulting. His career positions have included Founder and Managing Director of Zenaxys, a financial services consultancy; Managing Director and Head of Transformation and Strategic Architecture for Commerzbank AG; and Head of Strategic Middle Office and Settlements IT for Nomura International Plc.

Paul has a BSc in Electronic Engineering and Computing from the University of Birmingham, and he completed the Accelerated Leadership Program at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.
