Our Data Solutions Service Offerings Include:
CDMC Assessments
Cloud Data Management Capabilities (CDMC) assessments and trainings
Treliant is proud to be an inaugural partner that is authorized to deliver Cloud Data Management Capabilities assessments and trainings
The CDMC is a comprehensive framework for evaluating cloud implementations to instill greater trust and accelerate cloud adoption.
The CDMC framework was launched in late 2021 after an 18-month industry effort from over 100 companies, including Treliant, and all the cloud providers—Google, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and IBM. Key cloud solution providers such as Snowflake also participated, as did a majority of the world’s leading banks.
The CDMC framework covers data governance and accountability, cataloguing and classification, data accessibility and usage, data protection and privacy, data lifecycle, technical architecture, and controls for managing sensitive data in the cloud.
While DCAM is geared to foundational data management, the CDMC allows forward-thinking organizations to move straight to automated, always-on data management, with metadata and user authorization data being seamlessly shared to ensure a controlled yet frictionless environment
Getting cloud platforms integrated tightly with such tools will help the best companies scale and innovate, potentially sharing aspects of their data safely with clients and other third parties, allowing them to out-compete others who haven’t embraced the cloud’s potential.

A U.S. affiliate of a FBO who was subject to EPS regulations, needed to establish an Intermediate Holding Company for regulatory reporting. Treliant was selected to deliver a customer solution that was necessary to 1) automate what was then a highly manual process to modify GL entries because of booking issues, and 2) to accommodate the new granularity of transaction and position detail required for IHC compliance. We established an inventory of the manual adjustments performed by product control and finance, identified repeatable adjustments that were prioritized for development, testing, and implementation, and designed a web-based manual adjustment platform that would allow product controllers to correct trades, positions, prices, pool factors, and trading books.
Federal Reserve Enhanced Prudential Standards
A U.S. affiliate of a Foreign Banking Organization (FBO) subject to EPS regulations, needed to establish an Intermediate Holding Company for regulatory reporting. The FBO selected a regulatory and liquidity reporting vendor system as the IHC’s reporting platform. They selected Treliant to program manage delivery of the data aggregation and file generation streams of the initiative. Treliant’s program management, business analysis and quality assurance ensured that the broker dealer could deliver timely, accurate data to the vendor reporting platform ahead of the regulatory deadline. The project added lasting value by establishing new data standards and documentation that serves as a foundation for subsequent reporting obligations.
Data Gaps in Credit Exposure Reporting
The U.S. branch of a G-SIB that is required to participate in the BIS reporting framework capturing the linkages between global systemically important financial institutions and their exposures to different sectors and markets. This reporting requirement is known as the Institution-to-Institution Credit Exposure report. The bank partnered with Treliant to produce this report, and develop processes to capture regulatory data not previously stored at the bank.
