Stephanie Gray is a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition with Treliant. With over 20 years of experience, she has managed all aspects of full-cycle recruiting across disciplines such as advisory, assurance, tax, and practice support. With a career dedicated to diversity and inclusion, Stephanie has been actively involved in driving diversity initiatives.
At Treliant, Stephanie is responsible for leading Treliant’s recruiting strategy. She is responsible for partnering with the leadership team, hiring managers, and project leads to identify, attract, and source exceptional talent.
Prior to joining Treliant, Stephanie served as a recruiting manager for a leading public accounting firm. Stephanie also has extensive experience recruiting on the regional and national levels for two of the Big Four public accounting firms. In addition, she has account management experience with staffing agencies, addressing temporary and temporary-to-hire financial services and administrative needs.
Stephanie holds a BA in Psychology from the Ohio State University.
