Rony Gonzalez Morales is a Technology Services Manager with Treliant. He has over a decade of technical and analytical expertise in the Information Technology (IT) field for financial, logistics, supply chain, outsourcing, and automotive industries. Rony has a strong background in supporting various IT Infrastructures, software, hardware installation, testing, documentation, project management, and customer support.

He assists Treliant engagement leads and project managers with the initiation and closing phases of various large-scale file review projects.  Specifically, Rony ensures that Treliant project-based employees have access to security groups, systems, and applications that allow access to internal and external networks.  He has partnered with various engagement leads to implement a secure client-facing location to manage external client data.  Additionally, Rony monitor various information technology and security platforms on an on-going basis to minimize project downtime and he oversees the Service Desk and Desktop Support Operations for the Treliant’s DC and NYC offices.

At Treliant, Rony has held the Systems and Technology Operations Engineer position. Prior to joining Treliant he was a Systems Support Analyst and Desktop Support Team Lead at CompuCom Systems while assigned to Volkswagen Group of America Executive Office and the Inter-American Development Bank respectively.

Rony holds the following certifications: MCP, MCDST, MCTS, MCITP, Help Desk Best Practices, ITIL v3: Foundations, ITIL: Intermediate Certificate in IT Operational Support and Analysis, Cisco Cyber Security Specialist (CCSS) and Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH).
