Meredith Beattie is a Manager with Treliant, managing client engagements and Treliant’s internal IT and information security projects. Meredith provides end-to-end support of projects using her knowledge of industry standards and customizing them to meet the needs of the client. Meredith ensures that security protocols are observed, project launches are efficient, milestones are met, budgets are aligned with forecasts, and communication with the client is ongoing, in line with Treliant’s focus on a responsive approach to client needs. Her most recent engagements include project management of a multi-year Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) compliance reviews for a global financial institution and a CMS review for a regional financial institution.
Meredith has over 15 years of experience in the creation, development, and delivering of programs for public-private partnerships based in the U.S., Latin America, and the United Kingdom, as well as U.S. municipalities. She has managed projects in coordination with or funded by the US Department of Commerce, US Department of Justice, US Department of Labor, and US Department of Homeland Security. Meredith’s areas of expertise include project and contract management, stakeholder management, technical writing and bid development, SOC II standards and staff training.
Meredith holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from Said Business School at the University of Oxford (UK), a BA from Davidson College (NC), and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Barry University. She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management from MIT (MA).
