Mary Anne Burke, Senior Director of Treliant’s Talent Acquisition and Affairs practice, is a proven executive with an accomplished record of leadership and success in highly matrixed and market-driven organizations. At Treliant, she focuses on building and leading talent acquisition strategies, including executive recruiting, management workforce planning, promoting diversity, positioning Treliant’s brand leadership, and developing an effective talent growth strategy. As a member of the executive management team, she works cross-functionally—to develop, coach, and lead teams to achieve Treliant’s business goals.
Prior to joining Treliant, Mary Anne was the Talent Acquisition National Consulting Director at RSM U.S. LLP, where she oversaw Partner and Director hiring and served as a subject matter expert covering 34 sub-sector practice lines of Risk Advisory Services, Financial Advisory Services, and Technology Management Consulting. These included fraud, forensic accounting, federal, government contracting, economic damages, cybersecurity, business intelligence, healthcare, data analytics, all areas of risk management, technology, valuations, among others. Mary Anne worked closely with functional leaders across various lines of business to build and deliver innovative approaches to identify talent, while implementing best practices for recruiting and vetting executives. She was also instrumental across the firm in mentoring and coaching teams to enhance diversity, and she helped lead a national program with affinity conferences, college recruitment teams, and experienced hires.
Mary Anne was also President and Managing Director of Ferguson & Burke Associates, a global retained executive search firm. She is credited for building a consulting business with a clear advantage of adding benchmarked excellence to client organizations. She managed domestic and international searches ranging in client size from “Big Four” and Fortune 500 companies to privately held entities. She has been a frequent speaker at global industry conferences on executive search.
Mary Anne is a graduate of Marquette University with a BA in History and Political Science.
