Mark Ali is a Desktop Support Engineer for Treliant’s New York office. Mark provides Information Technology (IT) support enabling the firm to deliver world-class services.

At Treliant, Mark most recently assisted with the IT functions related to the expansion of Treliant’s New York office space.
Mark has held IT positions in financial institutions such as Credit Suisse, Bank of America, and RBC Capital Markets, supporting executives, clients, traders, and other users.

Mark holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Delft. He currently holds A+, Net+, Security+, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications. His experience consists of supporting a broad range of platforms such as Windows 7, 8, and 10; Microsoft Office 2010/2013; Lenovo devices; network printers; and Blackberry and other mobile devices.
