Lee Ann Hoover

Lee Ann Hoover, a Client Relationship Executive, is responsible for driving business development and client relationship management for Treliant. Lee Ann has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience in the banking, mortgage, and insurance sectors. In serving clients, her responsibilities have included engagements in risk management and regulatory compliance, financial crime, data privacy/information security, and technology enablement. Her areas of subject matter expertise include operations improvement, information technology, business transformation, mortgage compliance systems, data management, digital enablement, and emerging technology.

Lee Ann’s corporate roles have included leading consulting organizations as a Director at Allstate Corporation and as a Group Vice President at CCC Information Services. Her consulting positions have included Managing Director at Guidehouse (formerly Navigant Consulting), where she was a Client Relationship Executive in the financial services practice. She started her career at Accenture, where she was a Senior Manager in the public sector and insurance practices.

Lee Ann earned a BS in Business Administration at the Gies School of Business at University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance at Kellogg Graduate School of Northwestern University. She has completed Northwestern University’s Women’s Director Development program and is a member of the technology advisory committee for a recently chartered Chicago bank. She is an advisor on the Dean’s Business Council of the Gies College of Business.
