Karla Jones, Manager of Talent Acquisition at Treliant, has nearly 20 years of talent acquisition experience across the financial services, government contracting, retail, education, and information technology industries. Karla has managed all components of the recruitment process to identify, hire, and retain “best in class” talent pools in multiple geographic markets.

Karla works to administer strategic recruitment and hiring practices and to inspire others to achieve their individual goals by offering tools and resources to help make those aspirations reality.

At Treliant, she is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies while brokering sustainable relationships across the board with internal and external partners.

Prior to joining Treliant, Karla consulted at large financial institutions, technical firms, an on-line educational institution, and government contractors.

She holds a BS in Marketing from Southern University and A&M College.
