Jeff Tennenbaum, Staffing Strategy and Operations Leader at Treliant, is responsible for its Managed Solutions practice area. He is an accomplished financial services executive with over 20 years of experience providing business development, sales, corporate development, strategy, and financial leadership. As a business development leader, Jeff has built and cultivated an expansive network of strong relationships with executives across the consumer banking, credit card, personal installment lending, auto finance, small business lending, mortgage, FinTech, investment, and broader financial services landscape.  At Treliant, Jeff partners closely with other practice leads to ensure that the internal and project-based talent needs of their existing and planned engagements are sourced, vetted, onboarded, and broadly fulfilled upon in an efficient manner. Additionally, he leads the firm’s emerging efforts to proactively offer specialized, project-based staffing solutions, from 5 to 500 professionals, to financial institutions looking to temporarily increase their capacity to handle both routine operations and confront specific challenges of varying durations.

Prior to joining Treliant, Jeff held executive roles at other leading financial services consulting firms. Most recently, Jeff was Managing Director and Head of Business Development at AQN Strategies, a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on consumer lending and payments. Before that, Jeff was Senior Director of Global Business Development at Auriemma Roundtables, where he drove revenue growth through launching more than 20 new Roundtables, as well as by leading portfolio-wide sales efforts in the U.S. and UK offices, after which the firm was successfully acquired.

Beginning his career at Capital One, Jeff held positions of increasing responsibility in Treasury, Capital & Liquidity Planning, Corporate Development, Capital One Bank’s CFO Office, and Call Center Finance.

Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from George Washington University. In addition, Jeff studied Mandarin Chinese at Middlebury College.
