Eric Hardnett is a Desktop Support Analyst with Treliant. Eric provides on-site and remote technical assistance to users operating throughout the Treliant network. He is an Information Technology (IT) professional with six years of experience and expertise in the latest trends in enterprise technology.

Prior to joining Treliant, Eric worked as a Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator for Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was responsible for providing remote support to clinicians and support staff, while also working on special projects to upgrade existing systems, such as virtual desktops, virtual private networks (VPN), and hardware encryption.

Eric has participated in on-site onboarding projects for multiple clients. He has also worked as a desktop support technician managing systems for car dealerships throughout the country. Aside from providing basic IT support, he has participated in personal computer deployment and refresh projects as well as server room installation projects.

While attending university, Eric worked in the financial sector as a Sales Finance Underwriter. He was responsible for processing loan applications for retail vendors and home improvement contractors.

Eric holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Solutions Associate.
