Deanna Neal, Senior Manager with Treliant, has over 20 years of analytic and risk management experience in the banking and financial services sectors spanning areas such as model development, Statistical Analysis System (SAS) programming, and fair lending.
Deanna has a strong track record of assessing client needs, providing the appropriate statistical solution, prioritizing and executing the recommended plan, and clearly communicating the results to meet or exceed client expectations. Although her background includes the estimation and implementation of numerous statistical techniques such as linear and logistic regression, it is also broad enough to encompass diverse client solutions requiring complex variable selection methods, validation of model assumptions, and segmentation solutions.
She has held multiple senior-level analytic positions for large banks and credit bureaus, providing leadership in mitigating fair lending risk in indirect auto, credit card, student, and small business lending. She received a performance award for the successful implementation of a regulatory requirement for testing and monitoring fair lending risks for consumer products and services. She has also been instrumental in designing training programs related to credit scoring and model development, and she has presented analysis in the area of fair lending as a guest speaker at the annual SAS Analytics Conference.
Deanna received a BA with honors in Mathematics from Hampton University and an MS with honors in Statistics from the University of Georgia.
