David Grove is a Programs Manager with Treliant. David is a seasoned financial services professional with over 25 years of experience in banking, including strategic planning (short-term, annual, and long-term), risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, and budgeting. He has also coordinated project management, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, staff training and development, and business expansion. He has led sales and support teams and partnered with various lines of business to achieve defined goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Treliant, David held leadership positions with Capital One, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Wachovia National Bank. At Capital One, he was responsible for leading a team focused on compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) components, such as the Customer Identification Program (CIP), to mitigate regulatory, financial, and operational risk. In addition, he spent three years as a Director with a professional services firm dedicated to nonprofit consulting.

David has experience in the retail, small business, commercial, mortgage, and wealth banking segments. At Wachovia, he led a team that promoted the cross-selling of retail products and services to grow and enhance relationships across all lines of business. Throughout his career, he has supported banking and mortgage initiatives in several states. These have included retail and small business expansion via de novo branching in Texas, merger integration of acquired banks across various states, and the development of cross-selling strategies between mortgage and retail banks throughout the Northeast.

David holds a BS in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
