Dave Lindsay is Managing Director, Data Solutions for Treliant’s Capital Markets practice. He has significant expertise in data strategy, architecture, management, and governance, and is passionate about empowering organizations through thoughtful data strategy in conjunction with new technologies.

Dave has over 20 years’ experience building and leading talented teams to deliver major systems, process, and data transformation in the financial sector front-to-back, with particular depth in finance, product control, operations, regulatory reporting, and data management. He has extensive expertise in sourcing and transforming transaction data and connecting it with other enterprise data in the implementation of cloud and on-premises data warehouses, data marts, and downstream reporting, as well as integration with general ledgers and regulatory reporting platforms.

Previously, Dave founded Delv Global, a financial services data consultancy acquired by Vox. Prior to his consulting career he led teams and delivered major transformations at Barclays, initially in Operations IT, later in Finance Change, and finally as the head of a global business analysis and program management team in Front-office OTC Derivatives IT. Other past employers and clients have included ABN AMRO, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, Mizuho, and RBS.

Dave has a BA(Hons) in English and an LLB from the University of Otago, New Zealand, and is an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar. He is also DCAM-accredited (Data Capability Assessment Model) and is a licensed DCAM instructor. A native of New Zealand, he has lived and worked professionally in London, Seoul, New York, and currently Washington, DC.
