Colridge Chestnut, a Desktop Support Analyst with Treliant, provides assistance to onsite and remote users throughout the Treliant network. With seven years of experience in the IT field, Col is well versed in implementing and maintaining Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android hardware and software.

Prior to joining Treliant, Col worked as a Desktop Support Field Technician at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where he supported PC hardware and software, multi-function devices, and virtual desktops. Other duties involved tracking and managing laptops in a recycling program.

Previously, Col supported end users as an IT/Mobility Analyst at the World Bank. He provided mobile device management, configuration, hardware and software guidance, and repairs for iOS and Android devices. He also served as primary subject matter expert for the Android environment, which involved creating and maintaining guides and delivering training for configuration and troubleshooting.

While attending university, Col worked as a Computer and Mobile Device Repair Technician. He was responsible for hardware and software remediation of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices including screens, charging ports, cameras, keyboards, data recovery, and malware removal.

Col holds a BS in Cyber and Information Security from Capitol Technology University.
