Barbara Boarman, Senior Payroll Coordinator with Treliant, has over 17 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and employee benefits. Her background in finance and human resources includes tax compliance, payroll processing and reconciliation, 401(k) administration, state tax and unemployment registration, employee onboarding, leave tracking, and the management of insurance benefit programs.

Prior to joining Treliant, Barbara worked for Control Risks, a global risk consultancy firm, as the Payroll and Benefits Administrator. During her tenure with the company she was responsible for the processing of the semi-monthly payroll in the U.S. for employees working in over 26 states. She also administered all 401(k) and insurance benefits, provided employee relation support, and maintained working relationships with insurance vendors and brokers.

Barbara previously worked for The ALS Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to searching for new treatments and a cure for ALS, as Manager, Payroll and Benefits. In her early career, she worked for Hess Mechanical, Comfort Systems USA, a mechanical contracting company, where she processed payroll.

Barbara is a graduate from the College of Southern Maryland with an associate degree in Accounting.
