April Chow is a Consultant, Project Management in the Compliance and Fair Lending practice at Treliant. April works with client delivery teams to ensure successful planning and execution of consulting engagements. Her background includes project management, customer service, administrative support, and office management.
At Treliant, April assists project leads on multiple engagements to plan and manage projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget. She is responsible for tracking project progress, preparing status updates for clients, drafting project plans, maintaining budgets, and creating governance and procedure documents for large national banks. She has recently supported a team for a Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) engagement in which she managed 300+ employees and coordinated the efforts of three office locations. She has also supported a team to complete a non-enforcement remediation engagement, and has assisted teams advising global organizations on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) reporting obligations.
Prior to joining Treliant, April held several positions as office assistant at American University. She assisted executives and professors with administrative projects and event management. She also worked as an event planning intern at The Eve Appeal, a charity that supports women’s cancer research in London.
April holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University and has a project management certificate from Georgetown University.
