Anthony Golden
Client Relationship Executive
Anthony J. Golden, a Client Relations Executive with Treliant, is an experienced mortgage executive with leadership, operations, administration, origination, servicing/default, strategic growth, enterprise risk, and compliance experience working with banks, independent mortgage companies, credit unions, fintechs, field service companies, and other financial services firms.
Anthony has an extensive history in mortgage loan servicing, emphasizing default, mortgage originations, and secondary markets in direct hire and consulting roles. He has held leadership positions at Great Western Bank and GMAC-Rescap, where he oversaw GMAC-ResCap’s master servicing portfolio, performing onsite servicer/master servicer reviews and business development/partner due diligence projects in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
As Senior Consulting Manager with Clayton Consulting, Anthony performed domestic and international projects across the mortgage spectrum, including FDIC loss share agreement due diligence and oversight, servicer/master servicer reviews and risk assessments, collateral recovery (recovery of loan files and collateral docs from warehouse lines/forward commitments), servicing transfers, onsite remediation plan development, and remediation progress reviews optimizing portfolio performance.
More recently he provided RFP preparation and presentation services to national service providers and retooled a national field services company, including P&L ownership and selecting a new COO. Anthony helped grow a national QC, BPO, and due diligence firm by delivering new clients for its full spectrum of quality control and business process outsourcing services and by helping to launch due diligence services with several new engagements.
Anthony spent four years with Vistage International, a peer advisory organization, as a key group member. During this time, he helped substantially grow a national field services business, culminating in its sale to the largest domestic non-bank mortgage servicing company.
In addition, Anthony has been a featured speaker or moderator on conference panels at various mortgage conferences such as MBA, USFN, ALFN, and NADP (fka REOMAC).
He studied Business Administration/Management at California State University Northridge.
