Anav Adell is a Human Resources Generalist with Treliant. Her professional experience includes supporting a broad range of human resource functions including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee record management, employee relations, training and development, and reporting.
At Treliant, Anav leads the new hire orientation program, organizes community outreach initiatives, assists in planning employee wellness events and internal communications, and supports professional development by organizing instructor-led trainings and maintaining the learning management system.
Prior to joining Treliant, Anav completed a summer internship program at Nordstrom where she gained experience in customer service and sales. She also worked as a summer intern for Bloomfield & Company, a personnel consulting firm in Washington, DC, where she provided administrative support to a team of recruiters.
Anav graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a BS in Apparel Product Development and Merchandising Management.
