Alison Andrews is a Consultant with Treliant. She has experience managing projects related to regulatory compliance, fair and responsible banking, and FinTech issues. She has performed risk assessments to determine potential noncompliance with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and mortgage-servicing laws, completed redlining analyses for major U.S. banks, and conducted market-value analyses and benchmarking under marketing-services agreements with top U.S. financial institutions.

Alison has also conducted transactional testing for the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.

Prior to joining Treliant, Alison worked at the University of North Carolina School of Government’s Environmental Finance Center, where she helped ensure the financial stability of local municipalities’ water-utility providers.

Alison holds BAs in economics and public policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
