Continues to deliver double-digit growth in 2020 in a challenging operating environment

Belfast, 11 January 2021 – Vox Financial Partners (Vox), a global consulting firm that supports financial institutions in the planning, resourcing, and delivery of complex regulatory change, has appointed experienced industry professional Neil McComiskey, to lead its rapidly growing Service Delivery Centre (SDC) – a unique business process outsourcing offering. Vox has continued to see double-digit revenue growth in its overall business in 2020, despite the challenges of the COVID pandemic.

“Neil’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for this part of our business, as our SDC offering is gaining excellent traction. His wealth of experience and skills will allow us to build on our reputation for client service and amplify our growth,” said Terry Robinson, CEO of Vox Financial Partners. “One of the few positives from 2020 is that it has opened a lot of eyes to the type of work that can be done from a nearshore center like Belfast, particularly one with such strong local talent.”

Neil brings substantial experience leading complex mandates across operations, risk, and project management, gained from working with numerous tier one banks and within the global RegTech consulting industry. He has a proven track record of growing initially small engagements into large scale ‘run-the-bank’ support models for clients.

“Vox has been a compelling success story since its formation and has made a mark on the industry with their impressive growth,” said Neil. “After talking with Terry and his team, it became clear that they have built a solid platform for continued success and have the vision to deliver innovative work to their current and future clients. I am really looking forward to being part of the team.”
