Seasoned Bank Compliance and Audit Professional Elizabeth M. Kay Joins Treliant as Director

Washington, DC – February 28, 2018 – Elizabeth M. Kay, who has amassed more than 30 years of experience in compliance, risk management, and audit at global financial services companies, has joined Treliant as a Director, the consulting firm announced.

Based in Treliant’s growing New York office, Kay will serve financial services clients nationwide as they cope with steady increases in the nature, frequency, and complexity of risk management challenges. Her areas of expertise include corporate compliance, Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money-laundering compliance, and wealth management and trust compliance.

Kay has held senior compliance, audit, finance, and project management positions at prominent financial services organizations, including Citigroup, American Express, Commerzbank AG, Royal Bank of Scotland, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), and Lehman Brothers.

She has designed and implemented key components of a wide range of compliance risk management programs, including designing financial crimes testing programs for financial institutions operating under enforcement actions.
