Treliant offers individual and family medical coverage to premier national medical plans. Eligible employees have the choice between two medical plans:  a Point of Service (POS) Plan or a low premium High Deductible Health (HDHP) Plan. Transparency in CoverageThis link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. Treliant offers individual and family dental coverage.  Our dental plan covers routine dental services, preventative care, and major dental services, including child orthodontia coverage.

Basic Life Insurance and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
  • Eligible employees automatically receive this company-paid benefit in the amount of two times the employee’s base annual salary. Additional life insurance is also available.
Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plans
  • Eligible employees automatically receive this company-paid benefit. This benefit provides income protection in the event an employee becomes disabled due to an injury or long term illness.
