Medical

Treliant offers individual and family medical coverage to premier national medical plans. Eligible employees have the choice between two medical plans:  a Point of Service (POS) Plan or a low premium High Deductible Health (HDHP) Plan. Our medical plan options include prescription drug coverage and access to provider networks across the U.S.

Transparency in Coverage – This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

Dental

Treliant offers individual and family dental coverage.  Our dental plan covers routine dental services, preventative care, and major dental services, including child orthodontia coverage.

Vision

Our vision plan provides coverage for an annual eye exam, eyeglasses, as well as contact lenses for you and your family.

Insurance and Disability

Treliant offers several insurance and disability plans for unforeseen life events.  We provide:

Basic Life Insurance and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

• Eligible employees automatically receive this company-paid benefit in the amount of two times the employee’s base annual salary. Additional life insurance is also available.

Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plans

• Eligible employees automatically receive this company-paid benefit. This benefit provides income protection in the event an employee becomes disabled due to an injury or long term illness.

Emergency Travel Assistance program

• Access to Emergency Travel Assistance program that delivers assistance, including medical and legal emergency support for employees and their families who are traveling more than 100 miles from home.
