AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Treliant

The Treliant Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Treliant.

The Treliant, LLC (“Treliant”) Web Site (the “Site”) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Treliant is not a law firm. Any information contained on the Site is provided for informational purposes and should not be construed as legal advice or investment advice. Treliant accepts no liability for the accuracy or completeness of any information or any reliance place on the information. Any visitors to the Site use the information at their own risk.

Treliant does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Treliant (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Treliant Web Site or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”). TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Treliant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

GENERAL

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the District of Columbia, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Treliant as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Treliant’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Treliant’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Treliant with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Treliant with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Treliant with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

CAREER PAGE

We use our Site to provide information pertaining to employment and our recruitment efforts. When you apply for a position with Treliant through the Career Tab on this Site and voluntarily submit your information, we use that information for the purpose for which it was submitted. When you click the “Submit” button on any of the application pages, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.

When you apply for a position on our Site it is your responsibility to provide reliable and up-to-date information. When appropriate we may verify your data or contact your references or use a pre-employment screening firm. When you click the “Submit” button on any of the application pages you consent to allow us to use third parties to verify your information or to collect additional data to evaluate your application.

The information that you submit to us and any other information that we may obtain in relation to your application may be used by Treliant to consider your suitability for employment. Please do not include any sensitive information such as social security number, driver’s license number, or government issues identification number when submitting an online application. We may keep your information and profile in our database for future consideration if a suitable position becomes available.
