Strategic Planning for Dodd-Frank
The Dodd-Frank Act brought massive changes to the bank regulatory environment. Bank executives need to determine how regulatory provisions coming out of Dodd Frank will impact strategic planning for their bank over the next few years. This seminar addresses strategic planning to impact all major points of the bank's balance sheet and performance. It is conducted panel-style to encourage dialogue among the speakers and the audience.
Included with the live presentations is a dynamic Dodd-Frank planning dashboard that allows bank executives to see at a glance how different provisions in the law will affect bank operations, financial planning and asset mix. This dashboard is meant to be used as a planning tool strategically across the entire enterprise for such issues as origination mix, product development, fee income generation, capital, funding and liquidity planning, corporate governance, and executive compensation. Participants will receive a printed copy of the dashboard as well as the PC version to use at their bank. This seminar includes recommendations for taking action now to pro-actively plan for resources and budgets during the next 12 to 18 months as Dodd-Frank's rulemaking and related regulatory reform continue to unfold.
