Manager

Managers lead projects effectively against detailed plans and timelines.  Our Managers are responsible for day-to-day project management activities.  They provide leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring project requirements.  Our Managers drive multiple, concurrent work streams, review specific deliverables, and ensure that project deadlines are met.

Successful Treliant Managers have experience leading and executing multiple projects at once, acting timely on emerging issues, working under tight deadlines, communicating effectively with all levels of staff and clients, solving complex problems, prioritizing multiple tasks, and making sound decisions.

Qualified individuals have demonstrated a depth of expertise in one or more areas of the firm’s practice areas, and they possess the attributes of being a team player, exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit, being pleasant to work with, operating with a sense of urgency, and maintaining the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
