Consultant, Compliance and Fair Lending
Sheila Coley is a Compliance and Fair Lending Consultant. She has over 15 years of financial industry experience with an extensive background in lending operations and compliance. Functional roles throughout her career include: Lending Operations Management, Retail Bank Branch Management, Lending Compliance Training and Lending Operations Training, Internal Audit and Loan Review, Loan Underwriting, Loan Pricing, and Development of Lending Policies and Procedures as well as Lending Production. Prior to joining Treliant Risk Advisors, Sheila was the Lending Operations Manager at a local community bank. Other positions she has held include Vice President and Retail Branch Manager at First Federal Bank, Berryville, Arkansas; Vice President and Mortgage Lending Manager at Community First Bank in Harrison, Arkansas.
