Director
Paul Marker is a Director of Financial Advisory and Analytics for Treliant Risk Advisors. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with experience underwriting all property classes and performing asset quality reviews. Most recently, Paul has worked on asset quality reviews, residential loan file reviews and other compliance projects. As a consultant over the past three years, Paul’s clients include Freddie Mac, Wachovia, The Federal Reserve, ING Clarion, The Situs Companies and several regional banks. Prior to that, Paul was an Associate at Zenta, a real estate consulting firm. While at Zenta, Paul worked on site at UBS’s offices, underwriting CMBS loans ranging from $1 million to $300 million for securitization. At UBS, he underwrote and closed over $1.6 billion in commercial real estate loans in 2007. Prior to working at Zenta, Paul held various consulting roles in capital markets and commercial real estate.
Paul holds a BBA in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.
