Manager, Financial Advisory and Analytics
Kisha Perkins is a seasoned professional with corporate finance, operations and internal controls experience at large financial institutions. Kisha specializes in risk management, project management, internal controls, and compliance projects. Over the past 13 years, Kisha has made significant contributions at organizations in the areas of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), system implementation, merger integration, process improvement and business analysis. Kisha has held Director and Manager level positions at Freddie Mac within the Finance Division. Kisha was also an Associate Manager with the Making Home Affordable – Compliance division of Freddie Mac performing audit-related activities of the Home Affordable Modification Program. Kisha began her career with Wachovia Securities holding various positions in Compliance and Internal Controls.
Kisha holds a Masters from the University of Phoenix and a BS from Hampton University. She is active in a variety of mentoring and community activities within the Metro-DC area.
