Consultant, Compliance and Fair Lending
Jason Boova is a Consultant in Compliance and Fair Lending for Treliant Risk Advisors. Prior to joining Treliant he was a financial institutions examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision. Jason has examined and assessed thrift institutions with asset sizes ranging from $13 million to $15 billion. He has a range of regulatory experience with work in assessing capital, asset quality, management, earnings, interest rate risk, liquidity, and consumer compliance laws and regulations. Jason’s experience includes leading major areas of review during regulatory examinations, in addition to acting as the examiner-in-charge of both thrift institution examinations and examinations of their holding companies. As the examiner-in-charge, Jason was ultimately responsible for presenting examination findings and regulatory ratings to senior management and boards of directors.
Jason holds a M.A. in Economics from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in Business from Miami University (Ohio).
