Janet Sullivan, Human Resources Director of Treliant Risk Advisors, is an accomplished HR professional with over 12 years of experience in the public and private sectors. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Treliant Risk Advisors to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Janet specializes in talent management, staffing, employee benefits, learning and development.

Janet has served as the Director of Human Resources for the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, Women in Community Service and Comprehensive Technologies International. In these capacities, Janet was responsible for developing and implementing on-boarding, training and development, performance management, employee retention, benefits management and employee relations policies and strategies.

Janet holds a BA from George Mason University. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Human Resource Professional (PHR).
