Director, Compliance and Fair Lending
Dee Wilson, Director of Compliance and Fair Lending, is a financial services executive with over 16 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate ethics programs, and deposit operations.
Prior to joining Treliant, Dee was Senior Vice President and Corporate Ethics Officer at RBS Citizens, N.A., where she developed and led the corporate ethics program for over 25,000 employees and contractors. In this role, she was responsible for the whistleblower hotline, ethics investigations, FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance, Conflicts of Interest, ethics and compliance training, and policy administration. During her years at Citizens, Dee also held positions in legal, compliance, and deposit operations.
Dee graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
